We
offer five standard colors to choose from:

These colors have been selected to coordinate with the international
RAL Color Matching System. A wide variety of other RAL or custom
colors are available. Additional, minimum order charges usually
apply. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Please note that there is no direct relationship between the RAL
system and other color systems. However, we can offer to match your
custom color to within 2%. A customer-supplied color chip of the
required color is preferred for matching. Once matched, the new
custom color chip supplied by HCI must be approved by the customer
prior to any fabrication. Please note that the color samples
displayed above may differ from actual colors due to variations in
types of computer displays. Color chips are available upon request.

All aluminum products receive a four part corrosion inhibiting
treatment. All steel products receive either yellow zinc treatment
or are fully galvanized, depending on size. Cast iron products are
usually prime painted only, with final finish to be applied in the
field. This is due to possibility that damage to the finish would
occur in transit because of the weight of such products. Cast iron
items can be zinc plated as well, depending on product and project
requirements.
All applicable parts receive standard electrostatically applied thermoset
polyester powder coat TGIC finish with excellent weatherability,
salt spray and chemical resistance. The finish has a minimum
thickness of 3 mils with a smooth semi gloss surface with gloss of
55-65 degree. Indoor products receive standard hybrid finish, which
is not suitable for outside use. |
